Classes

EventSourceLoggerProvider	The provider for the Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.EventSource.EventSourceLogger.
LoggingEventSource	Bridges all ILogger-based logging to EventSource/EventListener logging.
LoggingEventSource.Keywords	This is public from an EventSource consumer point of view, but since these definitions are not needed outside this class
