str or DiskEncryptionSetType

The type of key used to encrypt the data of the disk. Known values are: "EncryptionAtRestWithCustomerKey" and "EncryptionAtRestWithPlatformAndCustomerKeys".
active_key
KeyVaultAndKeyReference

Key Vault Key Url and vault id of KeK, KeK is optional and when provided is used to unwrap the encryptionKey.
