Get PendingIntent activity is allowed to be started in the background if the caller can start background activities. -or- Set PendingIntent activity is allowed to be started in the background if the caller can start background activities.

This member is deprecated. use #getPendingIntentBackgroundActivityStartMode() since for apps targeting android.os.Build.VERSION_CODES#UPSIDE_DOWN_CAKE or higher this value might not match the actual behavior if the value was not explicitly set.
