Must be one of <ul> <li>#PASSWORD_COMPLEXITY_HIGH<li>#PASSWORD_COMPLEXITY_MEDIUM<li>#PASSWORD_COMPLEXITY_LOW<li>#PASSWORD_COMPLEXITY_NONE</ul>

If an invalid value is used, it will be treated as #PASSWORD_COMPLEXITY_NONE.
