Returns a copy of the Attributes, implemented as follows:

Remarks
Returns a copy of the Attributes, implemented as follows:
public Object clone() { return new Attributes(this); }
Since the attribute names and values are themselves immutable, the Attributes returned can be safely modified without affecting the original.
