Document Date Field, Ins. Coverage Ledger Entry Table

Shows the date on the document that provided the basis for this insurance entry.

The program filled in the field in one of the following ways:

  • If the entry was posted from a journal line, the date was copied from the Document Date field on the relevant journal line.

  • If the entry was posted from a purchase order, invoice or credit memo, the date was copied from the Document Date field on the purchase header.

You cannot change the document date because the entry has already been posted.
