Interaction Templates Window
Shows the different templates that you can use when creating interactions. This window contains detailed information about the interaction templates, such as the interaction group they belong to, their unit cost and duration, whether or not they contain an attachment, and so on. From the Interaction Template window, you can for example, create, copy or import attachments for your interaction templates.
In this window, you can also create new interaction templates.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
