FA No./Budgeted FA No. Field, FA Ledger Entry Table
Posts an acquisition cost for a fixed asset that has a budget.
This field shows the number of the fixed asset or the budgeted fixed asset related to this entry.
When you post an acquisition cost for a fixed asset and fill in the Budgeted FA No. field, the program copies the number from the Budgeted FA No. field on the journal line. At the same time, an entry is created automatically for the budgeted fixed asset with the same amount but reverse sign. The contents of the Account No. field are copied to the FA No./Budgeted FA No. field.
