Date Locked Field, Accounting Period Table
Specifies if you can change the starting date for the accounting period.
To close a fiscal year, click Actions, Close Year. After you run this function, all the periods in the year will be closed, so there will be a check mark in this field.
After a fiscal year is closed, do not try to change the starting date for the following fiscal year. The Date Locked field will contain a check mark when the fiscal year is closed.
