How to: Remove Contract Quote Lines
You may need to remove service items as contract lines from service contract quotes in the process of creating a service contract that the customer agrees to.
To remove a contract quote line
In the Search box, enter Service Contracts Quotes, and then choose the related link.
Open the relevant service contract quote.
Select the line with the service items that you want to remove.
Right-click on the line and select Delete Line.
The line is removed from the contract quote that you selected.
