Depr. until FA Posting Date Field, Purchase Line Table
You can use this field if you have selected Fixed Asset in the Type field for this line.
Enter a check mark in this field if you want the program to automatically post depreciation of a previously acquired fixed asset for the period from the FA posting date of the last FA ledger entry to the current FA posting date.
Important
If you click this field on a line with an additional acquisition cost, you must also click to enter a check mark in the Depr. Acquisition Cost field. This is necessary to have the additional acquisition cost depreciated until the current FA posting date. Otherwise, only the previously posted acquisition cost will be depreciated.
