Transaction Specification Field, Service Line Table
Contains the code for the type of transaction specification used for the item on the current line.
For each new line, the program automatically retrieves the code from the Transaction Specification field in the Service Header table. The field is blank if no code has been entered on the header.
You can change the contents of the field on individual service lines.
This information is necessary for INSTRASTAT reporting.
