Posting Date Field, Finance Charge Memo Header Table
Specifies the date on which the finance charge memo should be issued.
When the finance charge memo is issued, the posting date will be copied to all reminder/fin. charge entries and - if interest and additional fees are to be posted - to G/L and customer ledger entries.
The program will suggest the work date, but you can change this date as necessary.
Note that the program uses the Document Date rather than the posting date for internal calculations that involve dates (for example, calculation of interest).
