Outstanding Amount Field, Service Line Table
Contains the amount that the customer should pay for the items, resource hours, or costs that still need to be shipped. The program automatically updates this field when you change the quantity or ship the items, resource hours, costs or G/L account payment on the service line.
The program calculates the amount as Amount Including VAT multiplied by Outstanding Quantity and divided by Quantity.
