Clears the vulnerability assessment rule baseline.

Description

The Clear-AzSqlInstanceDatabaseVulnerabilityAssessmentRuleBaseline cmdlet removes the vulnerability assessment rule baseline. Note that you need to run Enable-AzSqlInstanceAdvancedDataSecurity and Update-AzSqlInstanceVulnerabilityAssessmentSetting cmdlet as a prerequisite for using this cmdlets.
