Disable-VMTPM

Disables TPM functionality on a virtual machine.

Description

The Disable-VMTPM cmdlet disables Trusted Platform Module (TPM) functionality on a virtual machine.

Examples

Example 1: Disable TPM on a virtual machine

PS C:\> Disable-VMTPM -VM $myVM

This command disables TPM on the virtual machine stored in the $myVM variable.

Parameters

-CimSession

Runs the cmdlet in a remote session or on a remote computer. Enter a computer name or a session object, such as the output of a New-CimSession or Get-CimSession cmdlet. The default is the current session on the local computer.
