Comentários
Esse operador cria um buffer que conterá todos os itens que ocorrem durante a duração do parâmetro timeSpan. Isso permite que um aplicativo em buffer de itens seja entregue em lotes. O parâmetro timeShift indica com que frequência os manipuladores de assinatura devem ser executados para os itens no buffer, o que resulta em enviar os itens por push para os assinantes. O parâmetro agendador controla em qual thread os temporizadores do buffer serão criados.
Exemplos
O código de exemplo gera uma sequência interminável de emails de um IEnumerable que gera aleatoriamente um email dentro de três segundos. Os emails são carimbo de data/hora usando o operador IObservable.TimeStamp. Em seguida, eles são armazenados em buffer que contém todos os emails que ocorrem dentro de um intervalo de dez segundos.
