The GetOurTransIdSize method gets the size of the transaction ID. This is needed to compare states with the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC).

Syntax

HRESULT GetOurTransIdSize (

[in,out] DWORD *  pcbOurTransId

);

Parameters

pcbOurTransId
[in,out] A pointer to the size, in bytes, of the transaction ID.

Return Values

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

S_OK
Method completed successfully.
