Gets or sets whether the specified slicer can be modified when the sheet that contains it is protected.

true if the specified slicer can be modified when the sheet that contains it is protected; otherwise, false. The default is true

true if the slicer is locked when the sheet is protected. false if the slicer can be modified when the sheet is protected. The default value is true.
