Azure Quantum can't connect to Ionq and quantinuum, nor does it have a $500 free quota
there is no Ionq & Quantinuum providers, and can't add these providers. I can't click 'Subscription' checkbox. btw, I don't have $500 (USD) free Azure Quantum credits.
