The IsDelegatedSpecified property gets or sets a Boolean value that specifies whether the IsDelegated property is serialized into the SOAP message. This property is required if the IsDelegated property is specified.

The IsDelegatedSpecified property returns true if the IsDelegated property is serialized into the SOAP message; otherwise, the property returns false.
