Constructors

CloudQueueMessage(Byte[])	Initializes a new instance of the CloudQueueMessage class with the given byte array.
CloudQueueMessage(String, Boolean)	Initializes a new instance of the CloudQueueMessage class with the given Base64 encoded string. This method is only used internally.
