Changes the flagged status of items in the associated conversation to complete. The FlagItemsComplete(FolderId, Nullable<DateTime>) method is applicable for clients that target Exchange Online and versions of Exchange starting with Exchange Server 2013.

The identifer of the folder whose items will be flagged as complete. If the value of the contextFolderId parameter is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), items in conversation across the entire mailbox are marked as complete.
The complete date (can be a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic)).

Calling this method results in a call to Exchange Web Services (EWS).
