Remarks
The ForwardToRecipients property represents an action that forwards a message to the specified recipients.
To disable forwarding messages, empty the ForwardToRecipients property.
The ForwardToRecipients property is returned with the RuleActions class regardless of whether the rule that is associated with this RuleActions class has defined such a rule action. If the rule has defined and enabled such a rule action, this property will be a non-empty EmailAddressCollection object.
