' add reference to Microsoft.VisualStudio.VCProjectEngine
Imports EnvDTE
Imports Microsoft.VisualStudio.VCProjectEngine
Public Module Module1
Sub Test()
Dim prj As VCProject
Dim MyCol As IVCCollection

MyCol = prj.Files
file = MyCol.Item("ReadMe.txt")
prj.RemoveFile(file)
