When overridden in a derived class, gets the color of an active hyperlink that the user has not clicked in the command bar.

A Color object that indicates the color of a link that the user has not clicked.

Remarks
This property enables you to determine the color of hyperlink text in the user interface (UI). When the user clicks a hyperlink, the color changes to the value of the HyperlinkPressed property.
