Gets the subject name of a SAML security token.

The subject name of a SamlSecurityToken security token.
Remarks
The Format property specifies the format that the Name property is in and the NameQualifier property specifies the domain in which the Name property resides in.
The Name property corresponds to the Format attribute of the <saml:NameIdentifier> element that is defined in the Assertions and Protocol for the OASIS Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) specification.
