Feature details

A guided experience enables Customer Insights users to calculate the predictive customer lifetime value of individual customers. This feature uses an AI-powered model on data ingested to Customer Insights, such as purchase transactions, web activities, loyalty, and data generated in Customer Insights like churn score.
