Add and maintain your courses

Use the Competencies page to add or maintain information about courses that you have completed or are registered for. You can add internal courses (courses set up in Microsoft Dynamics AX) or external courses.
Note
Depending on your role or the privileges that are assigned to you, you might need to go to your Employee services site before you complete the procedures in this topic.
View a course
Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Competencies on the Quick Launch.
On the Courses FastTab, click a course link to view information about the course.
Add a course
Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Competencies on the Quick Launch.
On the Courses FastTab, click Add to display the New course page.
If the course was set up in Microsoft Dynamics AX, select the course ID associated with the course and go to step 7. If the course was not set up in Microsoft Dynamics AX, go to the next step.
Enter the location of the course.
Enter the name of the course.
Enter the start and end dates for the course.
Click Save and close.
Modify a course
Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Competencies on the Quick Launch.
On the Courses FastTab, select the course to modify.
Click Edit.
Modify or enter information in the necessary fields and then click Save and close.
Delete a course
Click Personal information on the top link bar, and then click Competencies on the Quick Launch.
On the Courses FastTab, select the course to delete and then click Remove.
