2.3.9.3 XFControls
This type is identified by having a CT_FeaturePropertyBag (section 2.6.233) type attribute of “XFControls” and contains Cell Control style information for an xf ([ISO/IEC29500-1:2016] section 18.8.45).
A type XFControls feature property bag MUST contain the following key value pair (KVP):
