2.3.9.2 XFComplement
This type is identified by having a CT_FeaturePropertyBag (section 2.6.233) type attribute of “XFComplement” and contains additional styles information for an xf ([ISO/IEC29500-1:2016] section 18.8.45).
The XFComplement type MUST contain the following key value pair (KVP):
