Info Tab

The Properties Window for many components includes an Info tab containing general information that is saved with the run-time file. A typical Info tab is shown in the following figure.

The Info tab contains the following fields:

  • Subject

    Name you give the style to describe it.

  • Author

    Your name.

  • Copyright

    Copyright information.

  • Version

    Four levels of version information. Enter up to four digits in each box.

  • Information

    Descriptive information to save with the style.

  • Edit GUID

Enables you to view and change the globally unique identifier (GUID) number for a component. For more information, see Edit GUID Dialog Box. This button appears only in Properties windows for components that have GUIDs.
