Style Properties

The Style tab in the Properties window for a style in the project tree contains the following settings:

  • Name

    Name of the style. This name is saved in the run-time file and is accessible by applications.

  • Tempo

    Tempo, in beats per minute.

  • Time Signature and Grid

    Click to open the Set Time Signature and Grid Dialog Box.

  • Category

    Music genre of the style. Pick a category from the drop-down list. This descriptive text is not used elsewhere and is not saved in the run-time file.
