FlushDCache
This function is no longer supported as of Windows CE .NET 4.2. To flush and invalidate the data cache, use the OEMCacheRangeFlush function instead.
This function is called by the kernel in order to flush and invalidate the data cache. The data cache is flushed/invalidate when CacheSync is called.

Remarks
Only the MIPS and ARM kernels support this function. This is a required function of OAL, first called in KernelStart.
