If the LineDisplayCapabilities.CanDisplayBitmaps value is False, this method will fail.

Remarks
If the LineDisplayCapabilities.CanDisplayBitmaps value is False, this method will fail.
If the provided widthInPixels value is larger than ClaimedLineDisplay.MaxBitmapSizeInPixels, this method will fail.
