IAppxPackageReader::GetFootprintFile method (appxpackaging.h)
Retrieves a footprint file from the package.
Syntax
HRESULT GetFootprintFile(
[in] APPX_FOOTPRINT_FILE_TYPE type,
[out, retval] IAppxFile **file
);
Parameters
[in] type
Type: APPX_FOOTPRINT_FILE_TYPE
The type of footprint file to be retrieved.
[out, retval] file
Type: IAppxFile**
The file object that corresponds to the footprint file of type.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an error code that includes, but is not limited to, those in the following table.

GetFootprintFile can return this error for APPX_FOOTPRINT_FILE_TYPE_SIGNATURE and APPX_FOOTPRINT_FILE_TYPE_CODEINTEGRITY types. |
