Remarques
Cette méthode retourne un DateTimeOffset objet dont Offset la propriété est définie sur zéro.
La valeur de l’objet actuel DateTimeOffset et la valeur de l’objet DateTimeOffset retournée par l’appel de méthode représentent le même point dans le temps. Autrement dit, si les deux sont passés à la DateTimeOffset.Equals(DateTimeOffset, DateTimeOffset) méthode , la méthode retourne true
