Remarks
This property is used to inform the Messaging Transport which format to fetch for this particular message, and it applies to the next Out-of-Band fetch, and to the next Mark-for-Download fetch.
This property is set in the Messaging Application's User Interface, but you can override it programmatically.
If you are developing a custom Messaging Transport, you will find this property useful for guiding fetches.
