Pass an instance of this class to the Execute method, which returns an instance of the CalculateTotalTimeIncidentResponse class.
Privileges and Access Rights
To perform this action, the caller must have privileges on the Incident entity and access rights on the specified record in the IncidentId property. For a complete list of the required privileges, see CalculateTotalTimeIncident Privileges.
Notes for Callers
If an activity that is used to resolve the incident (case) has already been billed, those minutes are not included in the calculation of the current incident.
