Server.URLEncode Method
The URLEncode method applies URL encoding rules, including escape characters, to a specified string.
URLEncode converts characters as follows:
Spaces ( ) are converted to plus signs (+).
Non-alphanumeric characters are escaped to their hexadecimal representation.
