Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the Publisher is a non-SQL Server Publisher.

true if the Publisher is a non-SQL Server Publisher; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The ThirdParty property cannot be changed for an existing Publisher.
The ThirdParty property can only be retrieved by members of the sysadmin fixed server role at the Distributor.
The ThirdParty property can only be set by members of the sysadmin fixed server role at the Distributor.
Retrieving the ThirdParty property is equivalent to executing sp_helpdistpublisher.
Setting the ThirdParty property is equivalent to executing sp_adddistpublisher.
