Ein Puffer ist ein für die Zwischenspeicherung von Daten reservierter Byteblock im Arbeitsspeicher, durch den die Anzahl der Aufrufe an das Betriebssystem verringert wird. BufferedStream kann auf bestimmten Arten von Streams aufbauen.
