This function builds a matrix in fixed point format that represents a translation transformation by the offsets x, y, and z.
Syntax

FIXED z

Parameters
- pOut
[in, out] Pointer to the D3DMXMATRIXFXD structure that is the result of the operation.
- x
[in] X-coordinate offset.
- y
[in] Y-coordinate offset.
- z
[in] Z-coordinate offset.
Return Value
Pointer to a D3DMXMATRIXFXD structure that contains a translated transformation matrix.
Remarks
The return value for this function is the same value returned in the pOut parameter. In this way, the D3DXMatrixTranslationFxd can be used as a parameter for another function.
