Boundary Tab

The Boundary tab in the Segment Properties window is identical to that in the Segment/Motif Trigger Properties window and contains settings similar to those in the Secondary Segment Audition Options dialog box. For information on these settings, see Boundaries and Segment Alignment.

The boundary settings you choose on this tab do not affect auditioning a segment as a secondary segment, unless you choose Segment's Default from the Performance Boundary list in the Secondary Segment Audition Options dialog box.

Similarly, the boundary setting you choose in the Segment Properties Boundary tab does not affect transitions between components, unless you select the Use Segment Default option in the Transition Options Dialog Box.
