How to: List Scans and View Reports

You can identify issues with your deployment of Team Foundation by scanning it with the Best Practices Analyzer tool for Team Foundation Server. After you complete one or more scans, you can display a list of all completed scans, click a scan in the list, and then perform the following operations:

  • View a report of the scan

  • Export the scan

  • Delete the scan

  • Rename the scan

If you have scan data that is stored in a different directory, you can import the data so that the scan appears in the list.

For information about how to run a scan, see How to: Run a Scan. For information about the types of reports that you can view, see Reports that the Best Practices Analyzer Tool Generates.
