Lyric Track

The lyric track contains timed text. This text could be intended for display or debugging in an application, or it might be used within DirectMusic Producer to help in auditioning a musical program; for example, to display a message when a secondary segment is triggered. Text from the lyric track is displayed in the Message Window as the segment is played. In applications, it can be retrieved by Tools.
