PChannel Properties

The following Properties Window is used to view and edit settings for selected PChannels.

The window contains the following settings:

• PChannel Number
• PChannel Name
• PChannel Priority
• PChannel Instrument Assignment
• PChannel Volume and Pan
• PChannel Octave and Interval Transposition
• PChannel Pitch Bend Range
• PChannel Range
• Always Use the Default GM Set

Note Volume and Pan can also be edited by using the Volume and Pan Graphical Interface.

As with other objects, you can edit multiple selected PChannels in the single Properties window. If you change a setting, the value you enter is applied to all the selected PChannels. If you leave a setting unchanged, the property is left unchanged in the individual PChannels of the selected group.
